shipping. We ask that you please return any item that is defective
so that we may provide an exact replacement. (Please review Return
Procedure) However we ask that you do not return broken glass. If
a frame has broken glass, please remove the glass carefully, prior
to shipping the framed piece back. (Please review Broken Glass -
You may prefer to replace the broken glass rather
than return it to MooneyTunco. If you choose this option, we will
refund up to $2.00 per 8 x 10 frame and up to $5.00 per 16 x 20
frame for replacement glass. We ask only that you send us the receipt
from your local hardware or glass store along with your account
number from your MooneyTunCo, Inc. invoice.

Customers will pay shipping costs to return their item to MooneyTunCo, Inc.
MooneyTunCo, Inc. will ship replacement products and assume costs for
the replacement shipping.
If any item is broken during shipping, please accept our apology.

331-5308 within fifteen (15) days of receiving your damaged item
so that we may give you a return shipping authorization number.
*Our policy is that no returns will be accepted without a valid
authorization number provided by MooneyTunco and that valid authorization
numbers must be requested within 15 days of item's receipt.
