"A short while after my sons left to hand deliver the framed version of
'Merry Christmas From Heaven' to our families, I received the following
call. It was from a young father who had recently lost his wife."
"With deep emotion, he explained that he was just trying, once again,
to explain to his young daughter, where her mommy was now. The door bell rang
and he left the kitchen table to answer it. He said my son was there and
gave him a wrapped gift. After reading the poem, he returned to the
kitchen table and read it to his daughter, who looked up with an understanding
that he had not been able to convey in the oh-so-many times he had tried."
"A few days later he called me to tell me that his daughter had brought the poem to school
for "Show and Tell," and that she had told her teacher and classmates,
This is from my mommy!' just before she read it."
